Is the Compact a full‑featured POS?
The Compact payment terminal delivers essential payment functions, including surcharging and cash discounts. Compact merchants will also have access to Clover dashboard features, like Rapid Deposit and Clover Capital.
The Compact does not support common POS features like menu management, inventory management, and order management. Merchants seeking full POS features should consider Clover devices such as Station Solo, Station Duo, Mini, and Flex.
