PCI Compliance

Protect payment data with industry security standards

Most merchants must validate PCI compliance each year. Stay current and CMS keeps PCI at $0.00. Miss annual validation and an avoidable Non-Compliant fee of $99.00 / year may apply. Use the Quick Link below to complete compliance through the PCI Security Standards Council portal.

What is PCI compliance?

PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) is a set of security requirements for businesses that accept, process, store, or transmit payment card data. The goal is simple: reduce the chance that cardholder information is exposed or misused.

In everyday terms, PCI is about how you take cards — counter terminals, online checkout, phone orders, invoices — and the controls that keep that data safer. Merchants remain responsible for applicable validation for how they accept payments.

CMS Card Services LLC does not self-certify merchants. Compliance status is confirmed through your enrolled payment setup and the applicable security validation process — not by a checkbox on this website.
