Surcharge
Surcharge keeps cash prices the same and adds a disclosed surcharge to eligible credit only. The CMS Surcharge is 3% on credit cards only, never debit or prepaid. In Nevada it must be clearly disclosed (posted at the entrance and point of sale and shown on the receipt) and stay within card-brand rules and Nevada law.

Cash Discount
Cash Discount posts card-inclusive prices and gives cash and check about 3.5% off. It is a separate program from surcharge.
